God, the Author of life, designed man to live it looking up to Him for all good things. Satan, God's enemy, constantly tries to get people to focus on the circumstances around them and/or the weaknesses within them. The way we look to God is to focus on the written Word, which makes known Jesus Christ, the living Word.
